LA Jones is a soul-pop band from Kansas City, Missouri. Formed in 2016 by partners Danielle Jones and Tim O’Connor, the band has now grown to feature a wide variety of instruments and members including a three piece horn section, keys, bass, and drums. They blend a style of funk and soul with contemporary pop/rock music drawing comparisons to Amy Winehouse, Stevie Wonder, and The Revivalists. Currently an independent group, they released their first EP Bring Me Back Down in April of 2019.
